The treatments may include warm herbal oil pouring over the forehead, paste massages, steam treatments and more. Detox cleanse can be created to achieve lasting results; the Ayurvedic system is time tested and gentle. I also offer workshops on weight loss using the Ayurvedic knowledge of the body types.
