Massage Available

Santa Barbara's first and only green certified organic spa,
Le Reve, is looking to employ an expert licensed
esthetician & massage therapist.

We are looking for someone who not only shares our organic and eco-friendly philosophy, but who is also experienced with providing a personalized spa experience that cares for the client holistically. At Le Reve, we strongly believe that spa treatments, such as facials and massage, are an important part of taking care of the mind and body.

Qualifications for this position:
*Must have current California license for both Esthetics and Massage.
*Must be available to work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. A minimum of 2 to 3 days is required.
*Ideally have a client base, but more important is having an eagerness to actively build your clientele and participate in spa promotions.
*Strong retail skills and ability to follow through on product recommendations after completion of services.
*Customer service oriented.
*Positive, high energy and ready to become a loyal part of Le Reve's strong team.
*Available to work Sundays and Mondays

Compensation is between 32 and 35% per service + 10% retail commission when retail goals are achieved. A minimum hourly wage is offered the first 3 months. Each pay period you would be paid your commission or hourly wage, whichever is higher.
