Massage Therapist – Holistic Wellness Spa
Location: Santa Monica, CA
Compensation: $65–$75 per hour (including tips and commission)

About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled, heart-centered Massage Therapist with a passion for holistic wellness. This role is perfect for someone with 3+ years of massage experience, proficient in modalities such as Gua Sha, cupping, hot stone, and pregnancy massage, who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
While luxury spa experience is preferred, it is not required — what matters most is dedication to client care, a mindful touch, and the desire to provide transformative wellness experiences.
Requirements
Current California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) certification (required)
3+ years of massage or spa experience
MUST WORK a minimum of 3 shifts and have weekend availability
Proficient in a variety of massage techniques, including Gua Sha, cupping, hot stone, and prenatal/pregnancy massage
Strong communication and client care skills
Reliable, professional, and health-minded
Commitment to sanitation, safety, and spa standards
Open to continued learning and holistic wellness practices
Key Responsibilities
Provide customized massage treatments (typically 4–5 per day) with care and intention
Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and safety
Support a positive, team-oriented spa environment
Educate clients on services and products
Assist with light spa upkeep during downtime (laundry, sorting/folding linens or towels)
