Job description
FlowState Massage is growing and looking for a full-time massage therapist
3+ sessions per day
Our most sold products are 90-min sessions
FlowState Massage is a treatment therapeutic driven massage therapy clinic.
Our treatments focus on Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Stretch therapy, Trigger Point and Relaxation techniques.
Located in Downtown Seattle and First Hill, the majority of our clients are folks going through treatment at the hospitals in the area, the tech industry, many of them also athletes
FlowState's mission as a clinic and therapists, is to lead from a place of kindness and with emphasis on educating the public and clients (within our scope of practice), about the importance of sustainable long-term self-care habits.
FULL TIME THERAPIST ROLE
Ability to self manage
Conduct full intake or check in with client before every session
Understand clinic’s procedures and guidelines
Provide exceptional massage therapy
Educate clients before, during and after session
Follow up with clients over the company's internal messaging system for customer engagement.
Therapist compensation:
~Hands on
$55-65/hr based on role, availability and experience
Non-hands on $30/hr
*Non-hands on requires non-hands on responsibilities including but not limited to answering phones, calling/emailing clients, office cleaning and maintenance (sheets etc,) Office assistance, advertising, clinic provided social content postings, etc
Up to 15 non-hands on hours are offered only for the first 30 days to supplement a possible slow start. After 30 days therapist should be booked fulltime and only 5 non-hands on hours will be paid
Schedule:
Tue-Sat 2pm - 9pm
PART TIME THERAPIST
Schedule:
Sun-Tue 2-9pm
$55-65

Massage therapy license
Organizational skills
Strong advertising proficiency

52 (non-hands on pay rate $30) hours of sick leave per year

~$50/month for transportation
