Seattle minimum wage is guaranteed for all hours worked.
The Body Collective focuses on bringing in and retaining clients so therapists can focus on delivering excellent care rather than marketing themselves.
Typical earnings (fully booked):
Therapists typically see ~4 clients per day. With a 3-day/week schedule once established:
$835–$1,115+/week
$3,340–$4,460+/month (3 days/week)
These estimates do not include tips, which typically run $20–$40 per session.
These estimates are intentionally conservative. Many Body Collective therapists exceed this range once their schedules are established.

The Body Collective is a boutique therapeutic massage studio focused on precise, outcome-oriented care. We’re growing and seeking a skilled, grounded massage therapist who values thoughtful treatment, client relationships, and working within a supportive team environment.
Therapists at Body Collective typically see ~4 clients per day over a ~6-hour shift, allowing time for proper treatment planning, charting, and reset between sessions. Our clientele seeks targeted work for chronic tension, injury patterns, and nervous system regulation — not high-volume spa massage.
You’ll work in a calm, well-appointed treatment space with consistent marketing, steady demand, and an established reputation in the neighborhood.
Specific skills needed (or requirements):
* Active Washington State Massage Therapist License
* Strong foundational anatomy knowledge
* Comfort with deep tissue / therapeutic work
* Ability to assess patterns and adapt treatment
* Professional communication and documentation
* Open to feedback and continued skill development
* Reliable, grounded presence with clients
(Experience welcome but not required — strong new graduates encouraged)
