We are centrally located 5 minutes from Madeira Beach, 10 minutes from Tyrone square mall, and 15 minutes from Pinellas Park. Our mission at Karma Wellness is to provide a holistic, proactive approach to wellness by healing the mind, body, and spirit as one. **Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled, experienced, and compassionate Massage Therapist or Dual Licensed individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various massage techniques and a strong commitment to providing exceptional client care. Someone who has at least one year of experience with a positive attitude and drive to build a solid clientelle.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions for clients
- Assess clients' soft tissue condition, joint quality, and function
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual client needs
- Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy (rebooking clients)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Attend marketing and networking events
- Collaborate well with staff and clients
- Able to work weekends
**Qualifications:**
- Valid Massage Therapist license in the state of Florida
- Ability to perform patient assessments
- Experience in pain management techniques such as deep tissue massage
- Strong focus on patient service and satisfaction
- Familiarity with acute pain management strategies
