Your Must-Haves:
1+ years spa or resort experience. No exceptions. We need experienced therapists who can jump in immediately and work with a very high-end, discerning clientele.
Skilled at performing a variety of massage modalities (manual lymphatic drainage massage is a huge bonus!)
Current Florida Massage License
Love building and retaining client relationships
Not afraid to upsell and promote other services and products across the spa
Must be able to work the following hours:
Sunday: 10am to 6pm
Tuesday: 2pm to 7pm
Wed 9am to 3pm
Friday 9am to 2pm or 2pm to 7pm
Every Other Sat 9am to 6pm
Other hours possible

The Reality Check
This isn't for everyone. You'll be busy and earning great money, so we need an experienced “A Player” who is committed to building their massage business with us strategically. We have a very high-end clientele that expects nothing less than perfection and are willing to pay for it, so your skills and attention to detail need to match their expectations. We all work hard and play hard together and have a TON of fun along the way!
Pay: $42.00 - $65.00 per hour
