What We Are Looking For
We are seeking responsible, self-motivated, and collaborative LMTs who take immense pride in their craft and are passionate about promoting healing and relaxation. Because this is an independent contractor role (1099) with minimal on-site supervision, strong self-management and time-management skills are essential.
We are specifically looking for providers with evening and/or weekend availability, as these are our busiest, most requested peak hours.
Responsibilities & Duties
Customized Care: Deliver high-quality, professional massage therapy sessions (including deep tissue, Swedish massage, trigger point, or other specialized modalities) tailored to individual client needs.
Client Experience: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific concerns, build rapport, and recommend appropriate treatments.
Seamless Scheduling: Manage appointment scheduling and client flow efficiently (experience with booking software is a plus).
Workspace Excellence: Maintain a pristine, sanitized, and welcoming workspace in accordance with OSHA standards, local health regulations, and spa cleanliness protocols (including resetting shared spaces after visits).
Optional Growth: Upsell retail products and promote additional services through effective communication and product demonstrations to boost your take-home pay.
Qualifications
Licensure: Active and valid Arizona (AZ) state license as a Massage Therapist in good standing.
Experience: Proven experience providing various massage techniques (Deep Tissue, Swedish, etc.) with a strong commitment to guest services.
Software: Familiarity with salon/spa scheduling software (knowledge of Vagaro is a major plus!)
Professionalism: Exceptional time-management skills, a professional demeanor, and a strict commitment to maintaining a hygienic, holistic environment.
