Terrace Park, Ohio | W-2 | $32-$42 per Hands-On Hour + Tips
node & needle is growing, and we're looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our specialty lymphatic practice in Terrace Park.
Already trained in Manual Lymphatic Drainage? Great. Interested in expanding your skills into lymphatic work? We'd love to talk with you, too.
Previous lymphatic experience is not required. Prior MLD training through a LANA-approved program is a significant plus, but we're open to experienced therapists and newer LMTs who enjoy learning and are interested in developing a more specialized practice.
About the Position
This position has the opportunity to grow into approximately four 6-hour shifts per week. New therapists begin with a smaller schedule while completing onboarding and building their caseload, with additional shifts added as their schedule grows.
Our therapists provide a combination of lymphatic services and supportive massage, with opportunities to develop into more specialized areas based on training and interests.
We also welcome therapists with additional credentials in yoga, breathwork, meditation, or other complementary wellness disciplines who may be interested in leading classes or workshops as our community programming grows.
node & needle provides the systems, supplies, marketing, and client acquisition needed to support your work so you can focus on your clients.
Compensation & Benefits
$32-$42 per hands-on hour + tips, based on experience, training, and advancement within the practice.

Who We're Looking For
Active Ohio massage therapy license
Genuine interest in lymphatic health and willingness to provide lymphatic services
Comfortable providing the polished, individualized experience expected in a high-end specialty practice
Professional and confident communication with an educated clientele
Dependable, collaborative, and interested in continued learning
Willing to participate in regularly scheduled community events, outreach, and marketing efforts
Willing to attend ongoing team training in both in-person and virtual formats
