CELÉ Wellness is dedicated to providing unparalleled relaxation and rejuvenation wellness experiences. We seek a skilled and passionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of massage techniques and a genuine commitment to client well-being and excellent customer service.
Essential Functions
Deliver exceptional massage therapy services, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, and lymphatic massages.
Consult with clients to determine their specific needs and preferences, tailoring treatments accordingly.
Perform body scrubs, scalp treatments, and body wraps as needed.
Maintain a clean and inviting treatment environment.
Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols.
Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate effectively with spa team members to create a seamless guest experience.
Discuss client concerns, medical histories and specific stresses or pains to develop the most effective approach to massage treatment.
Develop personalized treatment plans for individual clients that specify massage types, treatment areas and treatment frequency.
Requirements
Hold current California massage therapy license
Adhere to all current regulations and laws related to massage therapy
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email.
Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.
Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
Commitment to receiving continuing education
Communicate with Team Members via Slack preferred
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 30lbs at a time
Must be comfortable standing for a prolonged period of time
