Massage Therapist – Day Spa
We are seeking a skilled, attentive, and client-focused Massage Therapist to join our day spa team. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness and committed to delivering exceptional bodywork and outstanding guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of massage modalities, including deep tissue, prenatal, and targeted therapeutic treatments
Consult with clients to understand needs, preferences, and areas of concern
Tailor each session to support relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness
Maintain a clean, organized, and calming treatment environment
Uphold professional draping, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Recommend appropriate services, enhancements, and self-care guidance.
Support a positive team environment and contribute to the spa’s overall guest experience
Qualifications:
Active state massage license and liability insurance
Excellent communication, professionalism, and customer-service skills
Ability to provide consistent, high-quality treatments
A warm, compassionate, and guest-centered approach
