Pay Rate: Commission structure 50/50 split. Average hourly pay is $35 plus tip.

Responsibilities:
Conduct intake consultations to understand client needs and goals
Deliver personalized massage treatments including Swedish, deep tissue, and [list other specialties]
Maintain a clean and professional treatment room
Document client progress and treatment plans
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client comfort
Qualifications:
State license in massage therapy
Minimum 6 months of experience
Experience with various massage modalities (a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic and ability to prioritize tasks
We Offer:
