David RobisonI am subletting my massage space in the Ravenna neighborhood of Seattle a few days a week. The days and times are negotiable, but what I am looking to fill are All day Saturday, All day Sunday, All day Thursday, with some availability/half days throughout the week.
The space is large but cozy with a very high ceiling and a big window. It gets good light, has ample heating, and is a quite place to do thoughtful work. In the suite are another massage therapist and a talk therapist. There is a waiting room and a bathroom en suite.
One of the most lovely things about the space is the covered lanai-or balcony over looking a tree lined street with ample parking. It is a wonderful place for clients to wait or to enjoy a morning cup of tea.
The room comes with full use of the table and a fair amount of space to store sheets/emollient/notes.
If you are looking to have an all day use of the space, for example all day Saturday for all Saturdays in a month, the price is $110. If you take two full days, each day is $100, three full days and each day is $90.
As I said, half days are available and those prices will be negotiated based upon need.
